ABOUT

I’m Natacha Simoes, a London-based freelance visual merchandiser and creative consultant with over a decade of experience in the luxury retail sector. My passion lies in transforming retail spaces into immersive brand experiences that capture attention and drive engagement.

During my time at Louis Vuitton, I’ve had the privilege of leading high-profile visual merchandising projects across iconic locations in London and Europe, including renowned spaces like Harrods and flagship stores. In addition to delivering stunning retail environments, I’ve been deeply involved in training and developing VM teams, ensuring excellence and consistency in every project. Since going freelance, I've continued to work with prestigious names across luxury and heritage retail, including Liberty, Clinique La Prairie Holistic Health and Susanne Kaufmann, delivering seasonal installations and bespoke concepts from initial brief through to final build.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I’ve always been ambitious and driven to carve my own path. Leaving the corporate world was a pivotal moment that gave me the creative freedom to collaborate with a diverse range of clients. Now, as a freelance professional, I specialise in bespoke solutions that elevate brands by blending strategy, storytelling, and consumer psychology to create meaningful connections with audiences.

What sets me apart is my dedication to excellence and my unique approach to coloUr, using its psychological power to influence perception and engagement. My process combines hand-sketched concepts with 3D visualisation, allowing clients to see and approve a space before a single element is built, bridging creative vision with practical, buildable design. I thrive on collaboration and the challenge of crafting unique, immersive experiences that push boundaries and explore new ideas. Inspired by art, culture, and design, my goal is to establish myself not just behind the brands I work with but as a creative force in my own right.
